  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Shipping costs for returning the item for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.
